Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Finell purchase as much as we do! If your selection does not meet your satisfaction for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, excluding delivery charges, when you make your request within 30 days of the shipping date.If you would like to return an item you received as a gift, it’s our pleasure to offer an exchange for an item of equal value, subject to availability.

Return Process

Products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please start by sending an e-mail to Customer Service at support@finell.co, and follow the process listed below.

  1. Contact customer service to obtain an RMA number and receive detailed shipping instructions.
  2. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original shipping package if possible, and include packing slip. Packages must be returned prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  3. Write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

After the item has been received and inspected by Finell, the refund or exchange is typically processed within 14 days. Refunds for items purchased at finell.co will be issued in the original form of payment for the amount paid for the item. We only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

NOTE: We cannot receive or process returns without an RMA number.

Items purchased at an authorized Finell Co. retailer should be returned directly to the store it was purchased.

Shipping

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. Orders have a processing time of 1 to 2 business days if the merchandise is in stock. In the case of pre-orders or backordered items your shipping invoice will reflect which items are pending and they will be shipped to you as soon as they become available, therefore items ordered together may not be shipped together. The approximate shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout. Final shipping costs may vary slightly based on the exact weight and dimensions of your order.

Standard Shipping

Ground shipments are usually received within 5-7 business days from the time an order is shipped.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and will arrive within 2-3 weeks. Please allow an extra day if using the express delivery options described below.

Expedited and International Shipments

We currently only offer domestic ground shipping, with express shipment options available soon.

International shipping options for orders placed through our site will be available in early 2017. Also, please see our store locator page to order directly from current vendors in your vicinity.
